By signing this form, you have agreed to abide by the rules, procedures, policies, and regulations of the Canadian Girls Elite Academy and release the team, the sponsors of the 2026 Canadian Girls Elite Academy events, officials, arena management and all involved with the team from any liability for any injury, accident, theft or damage which may be incurred by and/or caused by any player, team official or spectator while participating with the team.

All registrations are final once you make your purchase. In the event a team or program is cancelled, a full refund will be applied to your account minus a 2.9% non-refundable administration fee.
